Sales Office Administrator
Working hand in hand with Condominium Realty, LTD. realtors, Karin Hanback directs the administrative staff and tends to the details of successfully marketing your property. Her responsibilities include the initial entry of the property in the multiple list system, coordinating the photography for the virtual tour, making sure signs and lockboxes are installed in a timely manner, preparing all advertising materials for print, and managing over 30 websites and virtual flyers. Karin is available to share all of this information with the seller while the property is on the market until it goes under contract.
Ryan works directly with the Sales Office Coordinator. He reviews the timeline of the day and oversees daily scheduling and coordinating of photo shoots, virtual tours, and 3D Matterport tours. Ryan thinks creatively to get the best angle and photograph of the subject property, ensures there is sufficient lighting, edits content, and uploades final product in the MLS system. Additionally, Ryan is our lead coordinator in getting keys cut, installing lockboxes, signs and virtual flyers.
Listing and Contract Assistant
Acting as a "behind the wheel" member of the listing department, Tasha also works with Ryan Evans. She maintains the key, lockbox, and sign inventory. When Tasha is not out in the field, she also assists the contract processing department with scanning documents into DotLoop, preparing resale packages and other duties requested.
Along with Joanna Bunting, Rebecca designs and creates "Just Listed" and Just Sold" postcards. She handles postcard logging to ensure the accuracy of our new automated postcard program. Rebecca also assists with answering phones, ShowingTime inquiries, one-day codes for lockboxes and any duties needed within the listing department.
When you walk through the front door of Condominium Realty, LTD., chances are that Joanna will be there to greet you with a smile. There is more to her than that pleasant smile and personality! Acting not only as receptionist, Joanna designs, creates, and mails over 1.5 million postcards each year; coordinates meetings for our agents and their clients; makes sure that all office equipment is ready for use; and ensures that supplies are on hand.
Contract Processing Coordinator
As soon as your property is under contract, it goes to the capable hands of Terry Littleton. Having worked for Mark Fritschle for over 38 years, Terry goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that every transaction is completed as smooth as silk! She is the liaison between the seller, buyer, listing and selling agents, lender and title company.
